Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a flexible substrate, which allows the flexible substrate to be easily separated from a carrier substrate even without performing a laser irradiation or light irradiation process, thereby not only preventing a reduction in the reliability of elements or the occurrence of faults due to laser or light irradiation, but also facilitating the continuous manufacture of flexible substrates by a roll to roll process.
