Abstract:
Provided is a method for fabricating a high-thermal-conductivity tire vulcanization capsule, belonging to the technical field of tires, the fabrication method comprising the following steps: step 1: batching ingredients, the ratio of distribution of each component being: butyl rubber 95, neoprene 4-5, N375 carbon black 15-20, acetylene carbon black 35-45, graphene 7-15, alkane oil 7-10, stearic acid 0.5-1.5, zinc oxide 5-7, and resin 8-10; step 2: first-stage mixing; step 3: straining; step 4: second-stage mixing; step 5: forming; step 6: vulcanization; step 7: polishing; step 8: finished-product inspection. The fabrication method further improves the thermal conductivity while ensuring the stability of the physical and mechanical properties, thereby achieving the objective of conserving energy and reducing costs.
