Abstract:
A method for fabricating a hollow electric cable used for charging a new energy vehicle, comprising the following steps: 1) first fabricating a conductor and a copper foil conductor; 2) fabricating each wire cable; 3) twisting the wire cables prepared in step 2) and a circulating cooling hose together to form a cable core, and then wrapping same with a non-woven fabric tape; and 4) extruding an outer sheath material outside of the non-woven fabric tape to make a sheath layer. A net structure composed of metal wires wraps the outside of an inner sheath, an insulation layer wraps the outside of the net structure, and a sheath material is extruded outside of the insulation layer to form an outer sheath. The hollow electric cable made by means of the described fabrication method has the following structure: the outside of the cable core is successively wrapped with a cladding layer (17) and the outer sheath (18); the cable core is formed by twisting the circulating cooling hose (15) and a plurality of wire cables, and a filler (16) is filled in gaps between the wire cables; and the wire cables are a main power line core, an auxiliary power line core, a signal core group and a ground line core respectively. The cable prepared by means of the present method may meet design requirements, and at the same time has a high qualification rate.
