Abstract:
A method for forming a cap using one yarn, a method for manufacturing a craft cloth cap thereof, and a craft cloth cap. The method comprises: preparing a pure material monofilament by using TPU, preparing a first yarn, and preparing a second yarn by combining the pure material monofilament with the first yarn; preparing a third yarn, selecting a computerized flat knitting machine, weaving a fabric cap blank (10) using the third yarn by means of a shovel needle, wherein the fabric cap blank (10) comprises two layers of a structure; and tightly hooking the two layers of the structure together by using the second yarn as a tucking yarn, splicing the head and tail ends of the fabric cap blank (10) to form a cap body semi-finished product, heating the cap body semi-finished product until the pure material monofilament melts, and cooling and shaping same to form a three-dimensional cap body (1). By using the second yarn prepared by means of the yarn combination of the TPU pure material monofilament as the tucking yarn, the two layers of the structure of the fabric cap blank (10) are tightly hooked together. After the blank is heated until the pure material monofilament melts and is cooled and shaped, a cap body structure having a woven structure and a three-dimensional shape can be obtained. The tearing resistance, air permeability and flexibility are guaranteed, and the wearing comfort is also guaranteed.
