Abstract:
The invention relates to thick-film microelectronics, and more particularly to technologies for use in the production of heterojunction solar cells. The technical result is that of maximally enhancing the electrical parameter values of solar cells while significantly increasing the efficiency of production thereof. A method of forming a current-collecting contact on the surface of heterojunction solar cells is based on using a special silver powder-based metallization paste and process conditions for the treatment thereof, which make it possible to significantly increase the rate of application of the paste as well as to accelerate the sintering of the silver particles on the basis of a multi-stage mechanism of the formation and decomposition of silver halide during the thermal breakdown of a halogen-containing polymer.
