Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a method for forming a polyfluoroalkoxy (PFA)-coated butterfly plate without flow marks. The method involves a mold and a plate core, wherein the mold comprises a pushing mold, a hopper, an upper mold and a lower mold, wherein an upper cavity is provided in the bottom of the upper mold, a lower cavity is provided in the top of the lower mold, an injection port is provided in the upper mold, the injection port penetrates the top of the upper mold and the middle of the upper cavity of the upper mold, an outlet of the hopper is in communication with the injection port of the upper mold when the hopper is located on the upper mold, and the pushing mold is configured to be placed in the hopper and to push materials in the hopper; and the plate core is provided with two mutually symmetrical protruding structures, shafts are connected to the two protruding structures, the two shafts are on the same line, channels in communication with each other are arranged in the plate core and the shafts, and the channels pass through the center of the plate core. By means of the method for forming a PFA-coated butterfly plate, an outer surface of the plate core is coated with a layer of PFA, i.e., a PFA-coated layer, and it can be ensured that a prepared product has no flow marks.
