Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for forming a silicon steel block for a rotor of a switched reluctance motor, comprising (a) providing a silicon steel sheet disc, the silicon steel sheet disc having an inner end portion and an outer end portion and a plurality of fixing holes passing through the inner end portion and the outer end portion, and a silicon steel block being formed between two adjacent fixing holes; (b) providing a plurality of tooth bars, and sequentially inserting the plurality of tooth bars into the fixing holes one by one; (c) providing a fixing assembly, and fixing the fixing assembly onto the inner end portion and the outer end portion; and (d) cutting along cutting positions defined between the silicon steel blocks and the fixing holes to obtain a plurality of silicon steel blocks for assembling the rotor. The silicon steel sheet disc is divided into the plurality of silicon steel blocks having the same shape by means of the fixing holes, the plurality of silicon steel blocks are separated by cutting and can be correspondingly assembled into a rotor, such that forming is convenient and quick, and the consistency of the shape of products is guaranteed, thereby realizing industrial batch production.
