Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for forming a three-dimensionally shaped impact absorption layer by using UV parallel light in a multilayered laminated structure and an impact absorption layer formed thereby. Specifically, the present invention relates to: a method of forming a three-dimensionally shaped impact absorption layer by using UV parallel light in a multi-layered laminated structure having improved impact resistance, resilience, and elongation by irradiating a photomask with parallel light and UV light; an impact absorption layer formed by the method; and a device employing the impact absorption layer. The three-dimensionally shaped impact absorption layer according to the manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: an impact absorption layer skeleton support; and an impact cushioning part around the skeleton support, each having a different modulus value. The skeleton support maintains the high hardness of the structure and the impact cushioning part distributes internal and external impact, and it is thus possible to manufacture a three-dimensionally shaped impact absorption layer having excellent impact resistance, resilience, and elongation. The impact absorption layer can also be used in a laminated structure and an element that employs the laminated structure.
