Abstract:
A method for formulating a reactive compensation service value by using local area coordination, which relates to the field of power grids. The method comprises the following steps: calculating a two-part tariff reactive power price; numbering devices in a power grid to acquire a regional equivalent network; calculating a response current of the expense susceptance in the equivalent network; according to the reactive component induced by an active equivalent current İ i,p on the expense susceptance Bk, calculating a dissipative reactive component of the expense susceptance caused by a user; calculating the reactive expense component of the user on the expense susceptance according to the reactive cost induced by the reactive equivalent current İ i,q of a load node i or the active equivalent current İ i,p of a generator node j on Bk; and calculating the reactive service power price of the user according to a dissipative reactive component of the user and a reactive expense component of the user within a region. Current reactive compensation does not consider the reactive power complementary properties of a regional load, and is only suitable for nearby compensation solutions. On the basis of local region collaboration, the described method shares reactive compensation and achieves balanced income and expenses for reactive compensation costs.
