Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for fuel injection in multicylinder engines, whereby a fuel prepressure is built up to feed the fuel to an inertia line by using the pressure impulse principle and by means of cutoff valves in the inertia line, wherein each injection nozzle assigned to a cutoff valve is fed by pressure impulse and the fuel not passing through the injection nozzle is fed back through the open cutoff valve via a return line upstream from the fuel pump (3).
