Abstract:
Disclosed is a method capable of generating various virtual driving trajectories of a surrounding vehicle at the fast speed in a simulation environment. The disclosed method for generating a driving trajectory of a surrounding vehicle for simulation comprises the steps of: calculating the vehicle speed of a surrounding vehicle by using a reference speed and a longitudinal parameter representing a tracking pattern of the surrounding vehicle with respect to the reference speed; calculating a yaw angle of the surrounding vehicle by using the width of a lane, the vehicle speed, and a lateral parameter representing a time required for changing the lane; and generating a driving trajectory of the surrounding vehicle according to the vehicle speed and the yaw angle.
