Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for generating an image using a LiDAR and an apparatus therefor. According to an aspect of the present embodiment, a method for generating a color image using a LiDAR comprises the steps of: projecting three-dimensional reflection amount data, which is measured using the LiDAR, onto two-dimensional plane, so as to reconfigure the three-dimensional reflection amount data into a two-dimensional reflection amount image; and generating a color image by applying the projected two-dimensional reflection amount image to a fully convolutional network (FCN).
