Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for automatically generating and managing an electronic business card, a method using same, and a computer program therefor, and may comprise: a user terminal that generates a request signal for issuing and generating an electronic business card, receives a generated electronic business card, and transmits same to the outside; a management terminal that generates a draft file for an electronic business card and generates an approval signal for an issue and generation request; and an issue server that extracts and stores metadata on the basis of the draft file, receives item data of an electronic business card applicant from the user terminal, and automatically generates and issues the electronic business card on the basis of the approval signal and the item data. Accordingly, a business card issue process may be improved by eliminating or minimizing paper business card issue, time and costs may be reduced by automating issuing and managing of an electronic business card, economic/time efficiency may be increased by applying various services through an electronic business card management application, and various HR management services, such as attendance management or certificate issue, may be created.
