Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for generating a segment fingerprint and a device for video part copy detection. The device for video part copy detection comprises: a global feature DB including global fingerprints for segments; a local feature DB including local fingerprints for segments; a global feature fingerprint module for generating a global fingerprint for a query segment; a first similarity measurement module for measuring first similarities between the global fingerprints of the global feature DB and the global fingerprint for the query segment; a local feature fingerprint module for generating a local fingerprint for the query segment; a second similarity measurement module for measuring second similarities between the local fingerprints of the local feature DB and the local fingerprint for the query segment; and a final similarity measurement module for measuring a final similarity between segments of a segment DB and the query segment by using the first and second similarities, and the device detects a segment most similar to the query segment.
