Abstract:
A method for generating a wire arc additive manufacturing path, relating to the technical field of additive manufacturing, and comprising the following steps: model generation: establishing a three-dimensional model according to an angle constraint of wire arc additive manufacturing; model layering: layering the three-dimensional model along a height direction; discrete point selection: selecting a plurality of discrete points according to the curvature of a curve for different layers of the model; obtaining coordinates of the discrete points; determining a printing direction; obtaining the coordinates of the plurality of selected discrete points and the corresponding printing direction; and generating a control program. The method is simple, wide in application range, and capable of satisfying the requirement for printing in a complex form; a structure having the maximum printing inclination of 60 degrees can be well formed, and the printing forming effect is improved.
