Abstract:
A method for the genome editing in wheat, comprising a step of introducing a deletion, insertion or substitution into SD1 gene in wheat by a genome editing means; and a method for producing wheat having a mutation in SD1 gene, comprising a step of introducing a deletion, insertion or substitution into SD1 gene in wheat by a genome editing means and a step of growing a tissue having the deletion, insertion or substitution introduced into SD1 gene in the wheat to produce a plant body.
