Abstract:
The embodiments of the present invention relate to a method for handling abnormal disconnection of a core network, and a terminal. The method comprises: when a terminal receives a notification message regarding abnormal disconnection of a core network, acquiring, from the notification message, a reason value of the present abnormal disconnection of the core network; and when the terminal confirms that the reason value exists in a pre-configured first reason value list, redialling. It can be seen from the above that the solution provided in the embodiments of the present invention may improve, by means of redialling, a calling call-through rate for abnormal disconnection of a core network caused by certain specific reasons.
