Abstract:
This method for heat-treating a film comprises a step (step S21) for raising the temperature of a film to an intermediate heating temperature, a step (step S22) for maintaining the film at the intermediate heating temperature and heating the film for a prescribed time, a step (step S23) for raising the temperature of the film to an actual heating temperature that is higher than the intermediate heating temperature, and a step (step S24) for maintaining the heating film at the actual heating temperature and heating the film for a prescribed time. A first recovery amount R1, which is the difference between the transparency performance of the film after step S22 and that before step S21, is 50-95% of a second recovery amount R2, which is the difference between the transparency performance of the film after step S24 and that before step S21. This makes it possible to remove adsorbed substances while preventing damage to the film and suppressing coking of the film.
