Abstract:
A method for heating a material layer and a moving bed system. According to the method for heating a material layer, a new material layer is covered with a lower portion material layer which has not been heated to meet processing requirements; accordingly, the lower portion material layer which has not been heated to meet the processing requirements is thereby heated at a same temperature as an upper portion layer to meet the process requirements, and at the same time, the temperature of a tail gas passing through a bottom portion of the material layer and a portion of a moving bed which bears the material layer does not need to be increased, or a thermal intensity of a portion below the material layer does not need to be increased. According to the moving bed system, when a trolley moves to a discharge position of a discharge end of the moving bed, the upper portion material layer which meets the processing requirements and the lower portion material layer which does not meet the processing requirements are continuously and separately discharged. The system also creates necessary conditions to allow, by virtue of gravity, the lower portion material layer which does not meet the processing requirements to be discharged from the discharge position and then transported to a corresponding position of the moving bed that bears the lower portion material layer which does not meet the processing requirements, so as to cover the new material layer. The system also simplifies a material preparation process in which a new material layer is covered by a material layer which does not meet processing requirements.
