Abstract:
A method for identifying the abuse of the emergency bearer resources, a device,
a system and an application thereof, in which the intermediate entity for transmitting
information determines whether the information from the bearer layer comprises
an emergency bearer indicator. While if the information from the application
layer doesn't comprise an emergency service indicator, then it's
determined that the emergency resources are abused. For the call that abuses
the emergency bearer resources, it's prevented from establishing.
