The subject of the patent is a method for the implementation of a preventive, environment-friendly device, on the basis of which a highly versatile device of prevention can be created. Which offers solution for environment-friendly disposal of used chewing gum and faster degradation, and as a primary objective it ensures a prevention surface for the growing generations' change of attitude and extensive informing for the development in the right direction. So based on the method to be patented a device ensuring paper tiles for wrapping used chewing gums into paper tiles can be created, implemented by ensuring a surface for preventive dissemination of knowledge.

The chewing gum is a flavoured consumer good suitable for chewing and mainly classified as being in the confectionery group. Considering its story the opinions vary, because the raw materials of its initial forms were, of course, not made of rubber, but of plants and barks. The raw material of today's chewing gum the well-known rubber, which is non-biodegradable or recyclable after usage in the short run, and its degradation time is roughly five years. The managing of billions of pieces of chewing gums consumed annually causes many problems in the world, as most of them ends up on roads, user equipment and other, not suitable places, and this way polluting and damaging these. Their removal is very complicated, expensive and environment polluting task due to the chemicals used and the energy expended.

Many tools have been developed for the removing of the used chewing gums, such as the bladed scraper, and also a lot of very corrosive and harmful to the environment pollutants are available. None of these can be said to be effective due to the annual volume of waste generated - concluded from sales. Researches show that their degradation is about 5 years, but this is highly influenced by other substances and environmental impacts in their surroundings. During certain experiments, the used chewing gum was wrapped in recycled paper for further observation. Reportedly as a result of these observations the degradation of the chewing gum waste wrapped in paper can be reduced to 3 years. These observations served as the basis for the method to be patented, starting from which we have created a device for preventive purposes, and an informational surface developed on it. One of the biggest advantage of our method is that in addition to solving a real environmental, urban planning problem we also provide preventive options. An already enhanced version of this idea is the invention called "GADGET FOR DISPLAYING ADVERTISING, CONTAINING PAPER FOR USED CHEWING GUM" with the registration number WO2004081909, which is also an invention targeting the problem of used shewing gums, but also functions as an advertising tool.The device is very practical, because in addition to the environmental-friendly, practical disposal of used chewing gums, it also provides advertising space on some parts of the product for multinationals and other companies. I do not consider relevant the idea in connection with my method to be patented, because they are fundamentally different in terms of their purpose, since my method is intended to outline the creation of a device especially suitable for achieving prevention goals. Finally, I would mention a very mature device, which is a structure dealing with the mechanical destruction of chewing gums, it is called "DEVICE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF CONSUMED CHEWING GUM", its registration number is US2013016829. None of the inventions listed consider I novelty destroying in respect of my method to be patented. Since based on my method such a complex device can be created, which not only provides aesthetic placement, but also offers an environment-friendly solution for the acceleration of the chewing gums' degradation, and in addition as a basic objective it creates a preventive surface for the change of approach of the growing generations and making them more aware of their environment.

My targeted intention is to change the image, approach of the growing generation with my method through the problem management, preventive programs of environmental protection, mental health, lifestyle and various topics. We would like to offer a solution, a surface for educational institutions, ministries in order to the more effective transfer of prevention programs. For this, with our product we could provide a wider range of information, call, knowledge for the teachers and students of our schools.

The primary objective of our method, therefore, that gave the basic idea to this multi-function product, provides a solution for a worldwide problem, and it is none other than environmental protection and prevention. So we are talking about such a problem, which from one perspective is unpleasant, and from other perspective has stimulant effect. This is the chewing gum. On the basis of thishas been developed this method, on the basis of which we built upon the facts established in various studies as a second function, in addition to the device suitable for the transmission of preventive-informative material, which processes several problems affecting the youth.
