Title:
METHOD FOR IMPROVING ANTI-FATIGUE PERFORMANCE OF LOCOMOTIVE RUBBER-METAL PAD, AND LOCOMOTIVE RUBBER-METAL PAD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/237897
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method for improving the anti-fatigue performance of a locomotive rubber-metal pad, and a locomotive rubber-metal pad. The shape and position relationships between rubber and metal are adjusted by changing the structure of the rubber and metal of the rubber-metal pad, thereby improving the anti-fatigue performance of the rubber-metal pad and preventing tearing of the rubber and metal during operation. Adjusting the shape and position relationships between the rubber and the metal refers to enabling the thicknesses of rubber layers (4) to be variable by adjusting the thicknesses of the rubber layers (4) between the rubber and the metal of the rubber-metal pad, and at the same time enabling the diameters of the rubber layers (4) to be variable by adjusting the diameters of the rubber layers (4) between the rubber and the metal of the rubber-metal pad. The anti-fatigue performance of the rubber-metal pad is improved by adjusting the thicknesses and diameters of the rubber layers (4). The rubber layers (4) with different thicknesses and different diameters are used such that the stresses in the rubber layers can be effectively changed, and when the rubber horizontally moves, the strength of an end layer is higher and is deformed less, and the strain is transferred to a middle layer (5), thereby reducing the stress in the end layer.
