Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for improving the coagulating effect of a fluororubber emulsion. The method involves using the fluororubber emulsion as a raw material and is characterized by adding a solubilizer to the system; and the method comprises the steps of first adding high-purity water and then a coagulant to the emulsion, and then adding a solubilizer thereto for coagulation. After the coagulation is complete, colloidal particles are porous, have a low electrical conductivity and moisture content, are easy to clean and dehydrate, and have a short drying time, such that the production cost is reduced and the product quality and production efficiency are improved.
