Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of neodymium iron boron permanent magnet preparation, and disclosed is a method for improving the coercivity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance properties of a neodymium iron boron magnet. An Al-Cr alloy is used as a target material to prepare an Al-Cr alloy layer on the surface of a neodymium iron boron magnet matrix by means of magnetron sputtering, and then a diffusion heat treatment is carried out in an air atmosphere. The Al-Cr coating obtained by the present invention may effectively improve the magnetic properties of the neodymium iron boron magnet, especially the coercivity, by means of the diffusion heat treatment process. At the same time, the Al-Cr metal/oxide coating has better metallic luster, higher hardness and wear resistance, and better scratch resistance properties than pure Al coatings, and has very good corrosion resistance properties. The diffusion heat treatment in the air reduces the requirements for heat treatment equipment, and the production costs are low.
