Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for improving the foam retention of a carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for improving the foam retention of a carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products, in which a foam obtained by causing a carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products to foam using an atmospheric gas component at a temperature higher than the freezing temperature of the beverage is mixed with a carbonated beverage containing grain decomposition products.
