Abstract:
[Problem] To develop a method for improving health conditions by studying the way meals containing adjusted nutrient ingredients are taken, in terms of not only the content of meals to be taken, but also the time, duration, and the like when meals are taken. [Solution] The present invention improves health conditions by continually taking at least one meal that is selected from the daily three meals, i.e., breakfast, lunch, and dinner, that contains 13-20% of proteins, 20-30% of lipids, and 50-65% of carbohydrates in terms of energy percentage, and in which nutrient ingredients regarding proteins, lipids, hydrocarbons, dietary fibers, vitamins, and minerals are adjusted within predetermined amount ranges.
