Abstract:
A mutant of phytase APPAmut4 is provided. Compared with parents, the mutant has enhanced phytase thermostability, and an optimal mutant APPAmut9 can still retain about 70% of activity after being treated at 100 ℃ for 5 min. The provided phytase mutant can be well used in the industries of energy, food and feed and has broad application prospects.
