Abstract:
A method for in situ detecting the oil smoke concentration and a device thereof are disclosed in the present invention. The method comprises: adopting a manual controlled chemical reaction, making the oil smoke contained in the air fully oxidized into carbon dioxide and water, establishing the quantitative relationship between the oil smoke concentration and the carbon dioxide concentration obtained by oxidizing the oil smoke, detecting the concentration difference of carbon dioxide in the air before and after the reaction, and then conversing it to the related oil smoke concentration value. The device for in situ detecting the oil smoke concentration comprises: a tubular thermal reaction chamber provided with an air inlet and an air outlet; there are a thermal reaction zone, a cooling zone and a detecting zone in turn from the air inlet to the air outlet; the cooling zone has a horn mouth shape, whose diameter varies from small to big; a blower fan is arranged in the air inlet of the tubular thermal reaction chamber, a heating element and its holder are arranged in the thermal reaction zone, a carbon dioxide gas detector is arranged in the detecting zone.
