Abstract:
A method for increasing nutritional ingredients of fruits and vegetables based on LED pulsed light. A spectrum controller is adopted for regulating the wavelengths of excited light waves of an LED illuminant and controlling the flicking frequency of the LED illuminant. The light emitting sequence, regulated by the spectrum controller, of the LED illuminant is: red light, orange light, blue light and purple light; far infrared light; red light and orange light; blue light and purple light; and red light, orange light, blue light and purple light. All light goes out after a scanning period, and then the above pulse scanning is repeated. As tests prove, under the action of the above LED pulsed light, nutritional ingredients of fruits and vegetables can be effectively increased, and tastes of the fruits and vegetables can be improved.
