Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of genetic engineering, and disclosed is a method for increasing the yield of spinosyns of Saccharopolyspora spinosa. The method of the present invention is to overexpress a spnF gene and/or a spnP gene in Saccharopolyspora spinosa. By overexpressing the spnF gene and/or the spnP gene in Saccharopolyspora spinosa, a genetically engineered bacterium of Saccharopolyspora spinosa having high spinosyn yield can be obtained. The present invention finds that the overexpression of the spnF gene and/or the spnP gene can increase the yield of spinosyns of Saccharopolyspora spinosa.
