Title:
METHOD FOR INDICATING CD-PCB POLLUTED SOIL BY USING MAIDENHAIR FLOWERS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/103810
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method for indicating Cd-PCB polluted soil by using maidenhair flowers. The method comprises the following steps: 1) detecting a chemical fingerprint chromatography of flavonoid pigments in maidenhairs by using an ultrasonic-high performance liquid chromatography, and carrying out chemical affiliation and quantification on all obtained characteristic peaks; and 2) analyzing a relation among the content of flavonoid substances, the color of the maidenhair flowers and the soil pollution PCB-Cd according to the color of the maidenhair flowers so as to determine the indication property to the soil pollution by the color of the maidenhair flowers. The present invention has the advantages that a sensitive method for indicating the soil Cd-PCB by using the content of flavonoid pigments in plant flowers is disclosed for the first time; the method can be used for diagnosing the soil pollution condition and health degree so as to provide a good theoretical basis for subsequent researches; the method has high sensitivity on micro-pollutants in the soil and can be used as a monitoring method for early warning of the soil pollution; compared with the traditional chemical method, the method is more visualized and easier to operate and has a lower cost.
