Abstract:
The present invention is suitable for the field of antitumor drugs. Provided is a method for inducing the sumoylation of G1/S-specific cyclin-D1. The environment where the G1/S-specific cyclin-D1 is present contains SUMO protein, and the SUMO protein is induced to modify the G1/S-specific cyclin-D1, so as to promote the degradation of the G1/S-specific cyclin-D1 and the apoptosis of tumor cells. An arsenic agent and a derivative thereof and a SUMO agonist N106 induce the sumoylation of G1/S-specific cyclin-D1, which improves the efficiency of degrading G1/S-specific cyclin-D1, facilitates the degradation of G1/S-specific cyclin-D1 with proteasome, reduces the accumulation amount of G1/S-specific cyclin-D1, and promotes the apoptosis of tumor cells.
