Abstract:
A method of inhibiting OPN production, characterized by administering an effective amount of either a pyridazine derivative represented by the general formula (I): (Chemical formula 10) (I) (wherein R1 represents optionally substituted phenyl or pyridyl; R2 represents substituted phenyl; R3 represents hydrogen or optionally substituted phenyl or pyridyl; A represents a single bond, C1-6 linear or branched alkylene, or C2-9 linear or branched alkenylene; and X represents oxygen or sulfur) or a salt of the derivative.
