Abstract:
A method for intensive recovery of valuable components from rare earth tailings, comprising the following steps: S1, performing enrichment through magnetic separation to obtain high-intensity magnetic separation concentrate and high-intensity magnetic separation tailings; S2, performing leaching and molybdenum recovery to obtain molybdate solution and leaching residues; S3, performing gravity separation and flotation separation of rare earth to obtain rare earth concentrate and flotation separation rare earth tailings; S4, performing lead leaching to obtain a lead-containing solution; and S5, performing barium flotation separation to obtain barite concentrate and barite flotation separation tailings. The method uses low-intensity magnetic separation and high-intensity magnetic separation to achieve effective enrichment and intensive rejoining of useful components of rare earth, molybdenum, lead and barium, laying an excellent foundation for subsequent intensive recovery. The method recovers molybdenum by leaching, and combines gravity separation and flotation separation to effectively recover rare earth minerals and obtain a high-grade rare earth concentrate with a high recovery rate. The method also recovers lead by leaching and recovers barium by flotation separation in the leaching residues, thus effectively and comprehensively recovering the paragenetic and associated useful components of rare earth, lead, molybdenum and barium in rare earth tailings, changing waste into wealth, exerting a good emission reduction effect and achieving reclamation of solid waste.
