Abstract:
A method for interrupting a human-machine conversation, which is applied to a service end. In the method, multiple user voice phrase messages that are uploaded from a client according to a set time interval are received (102); various voice phrase results corresponding to the various user voice phrase messages received at intervals are continuously identified (103); user voice semantics corresponding to the various identified voice phrase results are continuously repeatedly predicted (104); and according to the determined user voice semantics, an opportunity to interrupt a current human-machine conversation is determined (105). Thus, an opportunity to interrupt a human-machine conversation is determined according to user voice semantics such that a machine can behave more closely to the behavior of a person, thus increasing the user-machine conversation experience.
