Abstract:
In the present invention, first expanded aluminum is disposed along a first jig in an interior space defined between the first jig and a second jig that is disposed opposing the first jig and having a sprue. Molten aluminum is injected under pressure through the sprue toward the first expanded aluminum and impacts the surface of the first expanded aluminum, thereby excavating the first expanded aluminum at the position impacted by the molten aluminum. The molten aluminum flows into the excavated portion of the first expanded aluminum, and into the interior space along the surface of the first expanded aluminum around the impact position.
