Abstract:
A method for detecting a target molecule, said method comprising: a step for preparing multiple kinds of specific binding substances, which are labeled with multiple nucleic acid fragments, said nucleic acid fragments carrying labeling substances capable of generating fluorescence signals having different fluorescence wavelengths from each other, and recognize different epitopes from each other, and multiple kinds of first target molecules; a step for allowing the multiple kinds of specific binding substances to bind to the multiple kinds of first target molecules; a step for individually detecting the multiple kinds of specific binding substances; and a step for determining the multiple kinds of first target molecules on the basis of the multiple fluorescence signals corresponding to the multiple kinds of specific binding substances.
