Abstract:
A method of laminating a green sheet capable of preventing a defective lamination and assuring a dimensional accuracy, comprising the steps of preparing a green sheet with a base film formed of the green sheet comprising ceramic powder and organic substances and the synthetic resin base film stuck thereon and laminating the green sheet within 10 minutes after separating the base film from the green sheet with the base film at specified temperature and humidity.
