Abstract:
A method for machining large-diameter split shield bodies. The method for machining large-diameter split shield bodies comprises the following steps: arranging a workbench (100) and eight supporting pillars (110) that are circumferentially arranged at intervals along the workbench; respectively lifting four split shield bodies on the eight supporting pillars (110) for support, and connecting the four split shield bodies by means of bolts; fixing a machining vertical lathe (130) on the workbench (100) to machine a central ring of the four split shield bodies; connecting an inverted frustum-shaped supporting seat (150) to the workbench (100), in order to fix the machining vertical lathe (130), so as to machine hinge sleeves at the tops of the four split shield bodies, fixing a drilling machine (170) on the workbench (100), in order to drill threaded bottom holes on the four split shield bodies, then splitting the four split shield bodies, lifting a boring machine (180) to mill flange end faces, drilling flange end face holes on the flange end faces, and mounting lifting lugs; and correspondingly turning over the split shield bodies, and milling butterfly panels. The method for machining large-diameter split shield bodies can reduce the lifting safety risk during the machining of the shield bodies, shorten the machining time, and improve the machining efficiency.
