Abstract:
A method for machining a web, which relates to the field of machining. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a simulation model of a web cavity to be machined based on the web cavity to be machined; performing finite element stress-strain simulation analysis on the simulation model of the web cavity to be machined to obtain a blank residual stress distribution state of the simulation model of the web cavity to be machined; obtaining, based on the blank residual stress distribution state of the simulation model of the web cavity to be machined, a rough machining allowance and a finish machining sequence of the web cavity to be machined; and machining the web cavity to be machined based on the rough machining allowance and the finish machining sequence of the web cavity to be machined. In this method, the rough machining allowance is reduced, so that the web residual stress is released more fully to prevent deformation of the web cavity.
