Abstract:
A management method of electronic components is provided which, for electronic component storage reels on which multiple electronic components are stored, can implement diverse forms of management on the electronic component manufacturer side and user side. This management method involves: a manufacturer-side step that involves a step for preparing an electronic component storage reel provided with an RFID tag storing a unique ID (a unique number) and storing multiple electronic components, a step for storing manufacturer-side information associated with the unique ID in a manufacturer-side information storage area in the cloud (an external storage device), and a step for shipping multiple electronic components for each electronic component storage reel; a step for receiving the shipped electronic component storage reels; a step for reading the unique ID stored in the RFID tag; and a step for acquiring, on the basis of the read unique ID, manufacturer-side information stored in the manufacturer-side information storage area of the cloud.
