Abstract:
The present application relates to a method for manufacturing an anode for a lithium secondary battery, an anode for a lithium secondary battery, and a lithium secondary battery comprising the anode. By the pretreatment (indirect normal pressure plasma treatment) of the surface of the anode, the surface of the anode has increased hydrophilicity. Therefore, during the transfer of a lithium metal layer, the interfacial adhesion between the lithium metal layer and the anode increases, thereby preventing the formation of by-products at the interface and improving the peelability of a transfer laminate for transfer, leading to a uniform pre-lithiation process.
