Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an antibacterial deodorizing HEPA filter by using a water hydro charging process. The present invention comprises: a first step of melt-spinning a thermoplastic polymer in a melt-blown manner, thereby preparing a melt-blown nonwoven fabric; and a second step of, by absorption of the sprayed photocatalytic dispersion from below the melt-blown nonwoven fabric, spraying a photocatalytic dispersion from above the melt-blown nonwoven fabric and allowing a photocatalyst to penetrate into the melt-blown nonwoven fabric and be coated on the surface of the nonwoven fabric, thereby manufacturing a HEPA filter, wherein the HEPA filter has an increased electrostatic attraction due to the friction between the melt-blown nonwoven fabric and the photocatalytic dispersion and antibacterial and deodorizing performances through the photocatalyst.
