Abstract:
[Problem] To manufacture a catalyst-forming electrolyte membrane for which there is no deformation and there is a peripheral edge by directly applying electrode ink in a desired electrode pattern on a thin, delicate electrolyte membrane. [Solution] On a heated attracting roller, a masking substrate is laminated in the direction of movement of an electrolyte membrane laminated with a back sheet or an air-permeable substrate, and electrode ink is applied to form a peripheral edge of an uncoated portion and an electrode.
