Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ceramic screw caps and is characterized by comprising: a step for preparing an outline frame, by preparing an outline frame having an internal space corresponding to the external shape of a completed ceramic screw cap in an up / down flipped-over state with an open upper portion; a step for injecting plasticized clay, by injecting plasticized clay having sufficient viscosity to form a shape within the internal space of the outline frame; a step for making an intermediate cap, by making an intermediate cap which is made such that its open lower portion faces upwards by using a molding machine equipped with a head which simultaneously rotates and moves up-ward the injected plasticized clay within the outline frame; a step for forming screw threading, by making a pre-completion cap which has a screw threading formed in the intermediate cap by rotating a rotary mold having protrusions on its outer surface which enters the interior of the intermediate cap and forms screw threading on the inner surface of the intermediate cap, then recedes back out in reverse; a step for drying by drying the pre-completion cap which has a screw threading formed on the interior side thereof; and a step for removing the outline frame by removing the outline frame from the dried pre-completion cap.
