Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a polyvinyl alcohol coating liquid in which a decrease in transparency is suppressed. This method for manufacturing a coating liquid is a method for manufacturing a coating liquid including a polyvinyl-alcohol-based resin, the method including keeping a solution including a polyvinyl-alcohol-based resin warm at a temperature of 80°C or higher, cooling the 80°C or warmer solution to a temperature of 40°C or less, continuously supplying the cooled solution as a coating liquid, and heating the cooled solution to 80°C or higher and keeping the solution warm when supplying of the coating liquid is stopped.
