Abstract:
The present invention is characterized by comprising: a step (S1) of melt blowing a first component, which is 19-80 wt% of an elastomer capable of being melt blown conjugate spun, and a second component, which is a polyamide elastomer, into sheath-core or side-by-side fiber composites through a typical melt blown conjugate spinning nozzle, wherein the first component is 19-80 wt% of an elastomer capable of being melt blown conjugate spun which is selected from one sole group or from two or more groups consisting of polypropylene elastomer, polyester elastomer, and polyterephthalate elastomer, and which is mixed with 0.2-2 wt% of a hydrophilic agent; a step (S2) of hardening the melt blown conjugate spun fiber; and a step (S3) of collecting the cooled and solidified conjugate spun fiber to form a web.
