Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a film that has high adherence to the skin, has excellent usability in that it has little stickiness, and is able to improve the effectiveness of makeup, by means of an electrostatic spraying method. The method for manufacturing a film on the skin is characterized by directly performing electrostatic spraying, onto the skin, of a composition that includes a component (a), a component (b), and a component (c), wherein (a) is one or more volatile substances selected from water, alcohols, and ketones, (b) is a polymer having film-forming properties, and (c) is an oil that is solid at 20°C.
