Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a decorative part for which the joints between adjacent laser irradiation regions are not very noticeable, thus avoiding a degradation in the design characteristics of the decorative part. Therefore, a design (4) is formed by closely arranging multiple first blocks (6), comprising multiple design patterns (5), and multiple second blocks (8), comprising multiple design patterns (7) which differ from the design patterns (5) forming the first blocks (6). In a laser irradiation region setting step, a region to be decorated is divided into multiple laser irradiation regions (LR1-LR3). At that time the joints (J1-J2) between the multiple laser irradiation regions (LR1-LR3) are set along the boundary between the first blocks (6) and the second blocks (8) in the design (4). In a laser irradiation step, a laser deflection unit is moved in a relative manner and each of the multiple laser irradiation regions (LR1-LR3) are irradiated by the laser.
