Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a glass aggregate-containing design panel by using waste glass and fluorescent stones in order to maximize the aesthetic effect of the design panel. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: 1) inserting a pattern film (50), which is made of retardation ink, and a base sheet (40), which has perforated through holes (40a), into a mold (30); 2) inserting fluorescent stones (F-S) into the through holes (40a); 3) pouring a concrete composition containing glass aggregate (G-A) into the mold (30), and then curing the concrete composition together with the fluorescent stones to obtain a concrete panel (20) to which the base sheet is fixed; and 4) obtaining a design panel (10) in which a pattern part (60), from which the pattern film has been peeled off so that the concrete panel (20) and the glass aggregate are exposed on the surface by spraying with water, and the fluorescent stores are exposed on the surface, wherein the concrete composition contains 0.6 parts by weight of a nylon fiber reinforcing agent, 40 parts by weight of white cement, 0.3 parts by weight of fumed silica, 0.5 parts by weight of metakaolin, 0.25 parts by weight of an admixture, 0.3 parts by weight of a polypropylene fiber, 0.4 parts by weight of an AE water-reducing agent, 0.4 parts by weight of a silica sol, 18 parts by weight of water, 5 parts by weight of wollastonite, and 4 parts by weight of a pigment per 120 parts by weight of the glass aggregate, and the height of the fluorescent stones is less than the height to which the concrete composition is poured into the mold.
